Workshop EU Project Management

On 7 April 2017, two Erasmus+ co-funded projects held a joint info sessions in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The speakers are representative from project GEReSH-CAM and DOCKSIDE.

Royal University of Fine Arts, INALCO, National University of Management and University of Nantes organized a one day workshop on European Projects’ Management in the field of Higher Education. The main goal is to improve the collaboration between Cambodian and European institutions involved in the implementation of projects within the Erasmus Plus Programme, Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education.

The morning presentation outlines the activities within Erasmus + programme, Introduction to Project Development and Problem Solving and Decisions Making. The afternoon session topics are Financial and administrative project management and Erasmus Plus Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education.
