Term of Reference of Research Director in Higher Education Institution in Cambodia

Promulgated and implemented in September 2018

Following a meeting of H.E Dr. Hang Chuon Naron with representatives of DOCKSIDE partners, it has been decided to prepare a draft of ToR of Research Director and to be discussed with representatives of Cambodian and European universities. Furthermore, DOCKSIDE co-organised two consultation workshops bringing together the heads of the research bureau of the various public and private higher education institutions. Research Director position in Cambodian universities will ensure quality research.
